  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including a tracking number.

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Shipping times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Queerence LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.
  • If your package is damaged or lost, please contact support@queerence.com and provide your order number. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Address Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are unable to change the address once the order is submitted.
