1. Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Include proof of purchase (order number)
Non-returnable Items: Clearance items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
2. How to Return
- Contact our customer support at support@queerence.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and the return address
- Pack the item securely and ship it back
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
If the return is not approved, the item may be sent back to you.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Email support@queerence.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including return shipping)
